"It was very easy to schedule the initial estimate. They came out on a Saturday morning and braved torrential downpours to walk around the property with me and get a sense for the work and left me with an estimate. I called back to schedule that week. It was about 3 weeks until the work was performed. I think the heavy rains we received threw off their scheduling a bit. On the day of service they arrived promptly and did a great job. They kept all of the trees within the property boundary (some were on the edge of the neighbor’s yard and would have naturally fallen that way). They even ground down a few other stumps they found in the yard that had been missed by the previous homeowner. Overall, I was very happy with the work performed and have already recommended them to neighbors who have had trouble getting other tree services to follow-up with them."

"Mike was professional and so knowledgeable about trees, he really knew his stuff and took the time to explain some things to us about our trees. His price was a little higher than I expected, but I am very pleased with the results. They did a great job in taking the tree down, they were here just a few hours and they cleaned up the yard really well. I would certainly use them again. But a lesson learned is to take down trees in the winter or early spring before the tree guys get too busy - even Mike will tell you he can give you a better price then. I am glad I found such a great company the first time I used Angie's List. I would recommend Ace Tree to anyone looking for great service.
