"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"The team was very nice and professional. They were prompt and worked hard while in my home. I felt very safe to leave for a little while they were working. In cleaning my shower glass they had a hard time removing the hard water spots. They called the next day to apologize and let me know they had done research and had purchased a new product that might work better than the first. They returned and cleaned it again with the new product, and they glass looks new. They also offered to purchase new faucets for the sinks in my guest bath after a splash of cleaning fluid caused some discoloration."

"I cannot say enough about how well Todd and Dan managed our floor/wall repair project.  It included a water damage demolition team, flooring team from Simas Flooring, drywall team, and baseboard install. Todd was able to be present when the independent insurance adjuster had an appointment and was very helpful in alerting and reminding the adjuster of important items for the insurance quote. Subsequently they managed the actual project with the various flooring and drywall people and it went pretty much according to plan.  All of the workers did great work, but especially want to mention the incredible baseboard work, absolutely beautiful!  Also a shout out to Dan who did an excellent job of communicating via phone, text, and email ? which I
think is the key to a happy customer.  We have had two significant projects (total value over $25K) with Reno Renovators in the last two years and the most important thing we can say is that we trust them."

"Just sent a text to Tom four months after his pouring of my driveway to tell him the jury is in, he did a great job! I did a lot of the prep work since I had an existing driveway that we pulled out and regraded to prepare for the pour, but Tom's eye for how to tie the existing improvements to the new made the project come together. Tricky drainage on top of it with very little room for error and he made it work perfectly. I am very particular and rarely hire out because of it, but would definitely hire Tom again."
