"I was very pleased with Best Wood Flooring and Design. Fast Service and on time. Steve did a great job and my new hardwood floor looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Best Wood Flooring and Design."

"The showroom - Was treated very well and shown a good selection of flooring. I chose and the flooring was scheduled for about two weeks later. The installers - The three installers showed up on time and did an excellent job, matching the height of the flooring chosen for the bedrooms perfectly to the height of the tile in the hallway. They were easy to work with, listened to what I had to say on how I wanted the rooms to look. Yes I would hire them again."

"Excellent work. Job was completed on time and was obviously quality work. Would hire again without hesitation"

"Derick did an amazing job on installing all of our hardwood flooring. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Everything was done in a timely manner."

"No hidden costs; everything spelled out and the estimate was what it cost. I asked for additional jobs/costs during the project (install molding) and the estimate was fair and it was done as the floor was completed. Job was done in a timely manner as explained. I would recommend Rick Bufalini to anyone. He also recommended Good Brother's Flooring to select the flooring I wanted and they were very helpful and we were thrilled at the selection of quality flooring. We are sorry we waited so long to have the job done. We love our home much more now with all the carpet gone. NOTE: Sanding concrete is very messy !! Tape vents and close blinds."

"I'm absolutely thrilled with these guys. Extremely friendly and thorough. Customer service is above and beyond. We are definitely recommending to any family or friends that need new carpet or flooring in their home and will absolutely be rehiring them if we have anymore flooring needs."

"The installers were great. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish."

"The installer was prompt and thorough. He asked me questions about the install which I answered he completed several stairs and had me look to see if they were what I requested. (My project was installing a runner on stairs) He then cleaned up his mess."

"It took a long time to complete. Communication was not as good as it could of been. Most of the work was fine. Some promised corrections did not meet expectations.
