We scheduled a date for the work to be done The work involved painting and repairing wood trim (our dogs did a job on it and it looked horrible). The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end."
