Did a test on the finished job. Worked neatly & without anything for me to clean up. Technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Did the work quickly & asked if I had any questions at the end. They made sure my dryer ducts were completely cleaned out . They had a camera to diagnose my problem. They followed up to make sure the dryer was operating. I had not been able to use my dryer for 2 years! Had 2 previous companies that did not do a thorough job and I wasted my money. I am on their maintenance list for next year, I am so happy .
