I’ve lived here five years and have only done the cleaning myself during that time. When they arrived I pointed out a couple of things that had been bothering me, such as the accumulation of dust and black cat hair on the white baseboards. I quickly got out of their way as they started in on the bathroom, later working their way through the walk in closet, bedroom, living room, and finally the kitchen.
