"I've dealt with a number of contractors throughout the years and I must say Adam Othman is truly one of a kind. Adam only works on one job at a time and the quality of service really shows. I knew Adam was the right person for our project immediately after our very first phone call. He took his time to really understand my objectives. You immediately get the sense that Adam is unlike other contractors. He is extremely sensitive to the client's budget and goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done right and on budget. Our project involved a 1922 Spanish home with a very low tiled ceiling. The ceiling was extremely out of scale in relation to the size of the room and it was our objective to raise it as high as possible. Prior to our contract, Adam dedicated so much time surveying the attic on two separate occasions and helped us come up with a solution that didn't require any major structural modification to our existing roof. Adam is a very methodical thinker. You could literally see his mind coming up with solutions as he quietly studied the project. You know you are in good hands because of the questions he asks. He anticipates problems before they even happen and that really put us at ease. Our project time frame was 4 weeks. Adam started the project on time and finished EXACTLY on the week he promised. He is by far the most organized contractor I've ever dealt with. Workmanship was superb. The work area was always left clean and the framing he personally did on the ceiling was truly a work of art. Before the drywall went up, he and I joked that the framing was too beautiful to cover up. He did absolutely beautiful work. The drywall crew did an outstanding job skim coating the plaster walls and their workmanship was as superb as Adam's. He clearly hires the best sub contractors in the business. It was the most stress free experience we've had from any previous contractor and that is testament to the way Adam runs his business. The living room is now quickly becoming my favorite room in the house and I am grateful to Adam for putting all his heart into it. He is truly a wonderful contractor who I now consider a friend. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He is truly the best!"

"I had a great experience with Shenon Construction. Tom has a great personality and is easy to work with. I had almost my entire house remodeled from the floors to the bathrooms to the driveway. Everything was done well and with skill, like the tiling and painting. Compared to others that I worked with during the remodel, Shenon Construction was the most accommodating. "A Pete's Concrete They removed and replace concrete in driveway and concrete on area next to garage. I give them all A's. They were timely, professional, and affordable. Feb.9,2019, Pete came to my home and looked at what i wanted and gave me an estimate. Additionally, he made a great suggestion to concrete the soil area next to the side of the garage. That idea was helpful because I had to go onto the dirt/mud to move trash cans. On Monday, 2/11/2019 Pete and 4 men arrived at 6:45 am. They removed trees next to garage, concrete in front of garage and roots that were under concrete. He removed 3 broken parts of sidewalk; re bars had been placed in all the repaired areas; broken concrete had been placed in a truck with trailer to be hauled away the following day. The job was meticulously cleaned. Pete and his team left at 4 pm. 2/12/2019 Pete and team arrived at 6:45 am; the concrete carrier left; the concrete mixing truck arrived and the cement was poured. Pete's team smoothed the concrete; unfortunately, when they were almost finished, a man walked on to the wet cement …leaving shoe prints. The men tried to explain the mishap. Eventually, the man apologized and offered to pay Pete. Pete did not charge the trespasser. I knew that Pete was hardworking, knowledgeable, organized, and had a hardworking team and other support persons, and his price was fair. What I learned was that Pete when rattled, remains calm, focused on project, and moves forward. In this case, Pete, himself re smoothed the concrete getting rid of the shoe prints. The site was cleaned and all barriers were placed around the site. Pete and his team left at 5 pm. Pete knows his work; has a skilled team that has worked together for many years and has the necessary tools and resources to get a job done."

The dishwasher, and other appliances were removed (but re-installed by specialists per the insurance company). The job went fast, there was no mess, and we are completely satisfied.
