"From day one Bob was all in. He helped us deal with the pesky insurance company and was a great communicator and advocate. He and his crew showed up on time and worked hard. Everyone was always courteous and polite. Always cleaning up at the end of the day and never left personal trash. When we brought them bottled water, they were always very grateful. ( they brought their own, and didn't expect us to provide for them :)) We paid to have the neighbors tree removed ( believe me when I say, it was next to impossible to get them to do it, even though it was what caused the wall and patio to need replacement. Good news is the insurance claim was through the neighbors policy! Yay!) Bob was excellent at explaining what they would be doing and kept the project on schedule. We added a little to the job that wasn't covered by insurance and he was quite gracious in negotiating a price. Now for the quality of the work! Excellent!!! Ok, a block wall is a block wall, but it was done to perfection. Beautiful grout lines, super reinforced with concrete inside the wall so if we want to add an extension on top, the wall could hold the weight and wouldn't budge! The patio and walkways are beautiful! Drainage is excellent and the finish work was outstanding. We decided on a stamped pattern that turned out amazing! We also changed the plan right angle back steps to a much more functional half moon shape steps and couldn't be happier! When the work was done, no mess was left behind. My husband does a lot of projects around our home, so it's rare that we hire anything out, but this had to be done by a pro. If all contractors were like Bob , the industry would have less of the awful contractor stories! ( Not the least expensive, but well worth the process and outcome!) We recommend Bob every chance we get, and would use him again in a heartbeat! <br />"
