The quality of their work can not be matched – from the very beginning they were so responsive to me with each additional question I could think of. I had planned on delaying getting a new roof, hoping to last just a little bit longer, and was in the process of getting quotes - but once I found them I changed my mind and am really glad I did so. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground. The house and area was left so pristine that no one would have known such a big job of putting on a new roof had been done! This is a true 5 Star Job and Company! "

"Until recently, I would have recommended Power to everyone for window. I had windows in stalled in 2012 and have had some replaced due to the seal leaking an making the windows look dirty. I did not have to pay for the replacements, as there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them. I called again in February, due to more window having the same seal leak. I was then informed that it would cost me $188/window pane to be replaced. WHAT??????????? I am the original owner of the windows and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these. WHY the heck do I have to pay MORE money for these windows that have a LIFETIME WARRANTY????? I called the manufacturer of the windows and explained to them what the issue was. I was told that Power never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. When I contacted Power about this, they said that their warranty was for LABOR, and the manufacturer no longer makes these windows, so the $188 is for a design change (or something like that).
