"I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. He told me they would take care of the problem and there would be NO CHARGE!   He then sent some pressure cleaners to clean the gutters.  Next he sent out his gutter specialist who immediately realized in needed an additional downspout in a lower corner of the roof to handle the water flow.  He also placed end caps on the gutters so birds could no longer nest in them.  In another area he placed screening to handle the water flow.  During each phase of the operation Ed Rollins would call me to ensure my satisfaction with the work that was done.  I received the same attention I got when they installed the roof and gutters/covers and were being paid.  Amazing. In my experience, it is rare to find reputable people like Ed Rollins and PGRS.  They stand behind their work and place the customer first.  Even 5 years later.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters and covers. </p>"
