Johan answered all of our questions and the crew kept us updated on progress the day of installation. We had 2 bedrooms done and The work was impeccable, the floors look beautiful. They removed the carpet, cleaned the area and then installed the floors. They even cleaned up all the dust in the hallway on the way out. I would highly recommend them for any flirting worn."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"

He made sure equipment set up did not create obstacles or cause any damage. When the job was completed I was cautioned about safety precautions to avoid slips.
