"Santos was amazing, my house is more beautiful than when I purchased it 25 yrs ago. Removed all old rotting wood and replaced 100% with Hardie, all new windows, storm door, gutters, new roof, and even added a ridge vent and painted doors and chimney to match the rest of the house. He kept to schedule and budget even when I added the storm door and leaf guard on the gutters last minute. Santos and/or his brother Jose were on site the entire time making sure everything went according to plan. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and the crew was very accommodating to get off their ladders and leave the backyard several times a day when we need to let our 4 dogs out to to their business. Santos did not pressure me to commit and waited several months for me to get more estimates from other contractors and make a final decision. He was also very patient and actually quite helpful in allowing me to change my color choices just prior to the materials being ordered. By the second day, I felt so comfortable that I could leave and go to work while they continued to work on the house. I will be using them again for future projects."

I'd received various quotes for the job which all seemed too high, but Honest Abe's price was fair for the amount of work required. I was surprised that the job was done in only three days: One day for removing old siding, one day for putting up new siding, and a third day for painting. The quality of the work is very good. My HOA requires me to maintain the same look and colors of my neighbors. Honest Abe was able to match the paint without trouble, and now my walls look like new. There were some issues with electrical work while working on the siding. My detached garage has an outside sub-panel that they needed to move aside during the work. Also, at some point during construction, a nail apparently drove through an electrical line in my bedroom wall, knocking out service. Honest Abe paid for both of these repairs to be corrected, which I think is very honest indeed. All in all, I'm impressed with the craftsmanship of the workers, and the integrity of the company, and I must highly recommend them for any construction needs.
