"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

"I called HomeX. Oscar arrived on Monday morning (on time). I asked if he would come in and take a look at the two drains affected by the stoppage. He did. I then asked if he had a wire long enough to reach through the branch to the main. He did. They has a special running for $68.00. He ran the wire through the line. The drain was cleared. Read on... Prior to calling HomeX I had called another firm. They came and attempted to clean the branch drain but failed to do so. They recommended hydrojetting and quoted a price of $1800.00. They "came down" to $1200.00 but based an past experience I was uncomfortable with the quote and the result of the initial work. By the way... I held a Journeymans plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts for quite a while and worked in the trades for 8 years. HomeX is a company that can be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service work."

"They came out once to snake a tub and it seemed ok when they finished but later that night realized I hadn't run it long enough before they left and the draining actually wasn't satisfactory. Called them the next day and they came out and snaked again, under the warranty, and started draining fine. During the process it was recommended that I may want to replace tub drain because it was old. Tony came out a few days later, provided an estimate, and 2 days later his team was here to do the work. What I liked about them was the communication with Angie at the office, their punctuality and customer service in general. That means more to me than the actual work. I have to assume they did good work but I'm not crawling under the house to find out, and, it's not my area of expertise anyway, so fingers crossed. Everything seems to be working great. "I called to get what we thought was a drain cleared on a Saturday late afternoon. Tony had his Super Super, Jay, at our house Sunday morning but could not clear it so we scheduled a camera for Monday. Monday his crew arrived and we discovered that roots had overtaken the mainline which meant very limited service until the roots were removed but we had also had a pipe liner installed a few years back that complicated things. Jay was able trench out the old clay pipes, replace them, marry the new to the lined pipe and replace the old cast iron in 2 days. We were thankful to be able to do dishes, laundry and of course use the shower and bathroom. Excellent emergency service for what turned into a major intrusion. Highly recommended."
