"We contacted Advantage Plumbing through Angie's List to get a quote on installing 3 new toilets, getting a leaky shower fixed and seeing if they could diagnose a noisy pipe problem. They were one of the few to respond and give us a quote and options and a time frame when work could be done. We scheduled a time and Mike came in within his quoted time and started work. After getting 2 toilets that we purchased installed, he found after he installed the 3rd that the toilet itself was faulty and leaking. Being in a bind, Mike was able to purchase a new toilet for us, verifying that it was good before purchase, and get it installed. He fixed our leaky shower and repaired our faucet(that we installed). He explained how the old leaking toilets was the cause of the noisy pipe problem and that we shouldn't have a problem any more. Later on we found that our kitchen faucet still had a leak. We contacted Mike and he came in and told us that the original install(by us non-professionals) was not done properly. When we originally installed the faucet we did not do a great job which is why, when he initially repaired it, it broke shortly after the repair. Mike installed a new faucet that we purchased and even offered to refund us part of the fee because it was not repaired properly the first time. A true professional, knowledgeable plumber. We would hire again without hesitation."

"Nature's Helper was very responsive from the very beginning. Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice. I would definitely recommend Nature's Helper to anyone, whether needing a fresh sprinkler install or just needing some existing system maintenance."

"Great job! Installed a dishwasher where there had not been one before. Removed the cabinets, etc. Once everything was hooked up, he ran a short cycle to ensure no leaks. While that was happening, he completed a few extra jobs that I had pointed out when Josh came over to give me a very reasonable estimate. This included securing a hand rail that another contractor just secured into the drywall not into the studs like Josh did, etc. Josh truly is a handyman who knows about many things. Getting that list ready again!"

"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. "I had recently moved into a house with my family and had a few relatively easy fixes however, couldn't find the time to take care of them so I hired Countryside to come out and fix them. He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
