"We had the initial problem on a Sunday and the other companies we called charged very high rates just to come out on weekend. Nathan did not charge us extra for a Sunday call. We thought the problem with our backed up toilet might be clogged all the way to our septic system, but he explained that it was only right under the toilet. He then told us our old toilet was not flushing sufficiently and we contracted for a new toilet for about the same price as we thought the initial cost of clearing the drains might be and would have been if we had used another service just to come and take a look. Although it was not an easy fix to replace the toilet and he had to come back twice to fix the flange under the toilet, he came back, did the job correctly and did not charge extra for the additional work. He also cleared the drain in the bathroom sink without charge. We would definitely call him again and recommend him to others."
