"Coty is a great person to work with and did a good job on our porch replacement. Very satisfied customer and I highly recommend him."

"Built home from the ground up! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They priced better then anyone else did. The end project turned out exactly how I wanted it! I would highly recommend this company!"

"He did an excellent job. We were very satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again. In fact, we are talking to him about doing some additional work at our house."

"Very professional. Work completed as promised."

"Three days after presenting me a quote they started work. In my experience that’s unheard of. A 1 Renovation replaced the screen on a screened in porch and they did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:30am and finished by 2:30pm even though winds were fierce and it was cold. If I could I’d give them 6 stars. They’re that good!"

"Work completed per plan. On time, per requested instal and within cost estimate."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Employees are very professional and honest. I will never use another business for my rental homes."

"They were communicative well with what I wanted and what they could do. Overall good experience. I would recommend them."
