"We are so happy that we went through Pella. Ryan (our sales rep) is truly incredible and very easy to get a hold of when needed. He was prompt, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. "Mark completed all work in a timely and professional manner. The second bathroom presented a problem because it was poorly designed to begin with. There was a leak behind the shower head. Mark spent additional time looking for a shower head that would fit into the water pipe. He was unable to find anything that fit so he then spent additional time putting the original one back on even though that meant coming back 2 or 3 times for 15 minutes to plaster and dry the ceiling. He didn't charge me for all the additional time. I highly recommend him. <br />"
