"The first time the company sent an employee out he did an absolutely horrible job, and we brought the problem to the company's attention. They then sent out another employee and everything was done perfectly. The company is very great at following through and correcting the problem. I was thrilled with the services after they came and fixed our problem. They were very prompt in responding to the issue we had. We also had the company do some drywall work in the home and it is perfect. Wade Short is the one who fixed the windows and completed the drywall job. He was very polite, considerate, cleaned up after he was done, and did excellent work."

"The entire experience went amazingly well.  The emergency repairs held up during a large windstorm and I was worried that it might get blown away, but it all held up well.  The repair itself went very quickly-from tearing off all the remaining vinyl and damaged foam to replacing everything.  The match was excellent-especially since the vinyl on the house was probably 12-15 years old.  This contractor came out on a dark and rainey night to make temporary repairs and showed up with the insurance adjuster to go over the measurements and overall expenses so there were no surprises in what needed to be done.  I am very pleased with the work."

"Wonderful company to do business with, home was damaged during flood and had some severe roofing damage due to high wind and hail.  I called this company after seeing an advertisement on The Weather Channel, they promplty responded and estimated the repairs and advised they would accept whatever the insurance company would pay for it which was great for us as we didn't have much for any out of pocket expenses due to other flood damage.  <br /> <br /> Repairs were completed on time, payment was delayed from insurance company but Arkansas Roofing Kompany were patient and understood the delay and never asked for their payment before the insurance finally paid off.  <br /> <br /> A small leak was discovered a few months after the repairs due to a satellite dish mounting bolt, called Arkansas Roofing Kompany and they quickly responded and fixed the problem with no additional cost to us.  <br /> <br /> Fantastic company to work with and we highly recommend them.  T"
