"Northland Coating did my garage floor in June 2013. During the warranty period, small cracks and chips emerged. Justin inspected the damage and promised a recoat, but suggested waiting until the situation worsened and the winter passed, assuring me it would still be covered. Several years later, I believed the issue had worsened and attempted to contact them. After four initial text messages, Justin responded, requesting photos, which I promptly sent. Despite numerous follow-up texts, I received no further communication. I was ghosted! On July 19th, I sent a text stating that if I didn't hear back, I would file a report with the Better Business Bureau and post negative reviews on social media. As of August 1st, there has been no contact."

"Do not work with this business. Garage floor coated three years ago on a new three car garage. Since then, peeling, chipping, and other issues have arisen. Called to get these fixed per warranty (and some apparently not under warranty, which I was prepared to pay for) but after many months and at least 3 trips out to my home to "fix" the problems (wrong paint, "fix" peeling off, not curing, etc) they still can't remedy the problems. Garage floor looks like a complete hack and patch job. Good luck getting them to fix anything correctly or adhere to their "warranty". Stay away."

"Work was performed as expected in a timely manner and the floor looked great when the job was completed, but now two years later when we are having an issue with a crack in the floor, we are unable to get any response from the company. We have tried multiple phone calls and e-mails over a number of months without success. I am very disappointed that they are unwilling to provide customer support and assess what we might need to do to keep our garage floor from further damage."

"Dustin(Zimmerman) I had the greatest experience meeting with Abe and he went over everything that needed to be done prior and what needed to be prepped for them to do the polyaspartic floor coating. He showed me some of their work that they have done prior and my coworker referred me and I saw his floor and it was amazing what they made happen with his floor and I was impressed! The price for them to come install my floor was awesome and he showed me some options that would match my house which I thought was great. I had two other bids coming in and Alamtal was so great and competitive with their price and the fact that they came on Saturday to bid the floor and could show up and get it done by the following Tuesday had me sign the papers right on the spot. "Came to our house and provided a quote on the same day we contacted the Company. The work was performed a few weeks later over the course of about a day and a half. The crew was nice, answered questions, and cleaned up after themselves. Several neighbors have remarked that they performed nice looking work. I would contact again for future work"
