They insured me everything is in working order. Two weeks later, when it snowed, the heat tape did not work. They came out for a re-inspection and requested $420 to replace the same heat tape they assured me works and had just charged me to secure into place."

I always meant to write a review in the first place though so here's what I would have said two years ago and still say today: Steve and the crew were great to work with. Superb job. Readily available for any questions. Very reasonably priced. 100% would recommend and contract with them again.
