I would say there was an immediate period that they slowed, but genuinely fixed nothing after 6 months. - I signed up for the quarterly service. I reached out to him when we started getting mice again as well as when we were due for the quarterly service and received zero response. Once again, it seems like my experience is in the minority but wanted to warn others that his work quality varies greatly. We are now starting from square one again finding someone to help us. "

Probably for such long term projects dealing with pest removal from grounds, it would be helpful to set expectations early of what is to be expected for rodent treatment.
