"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

After 3-4 other "so-so" window washers we've used in the past, Kirkpatrick were the only crew that confirmed everything in advance, provided a written estimate in advance, sent an e-mail reminder the day before and arrived on-time at 7:59 am for an 8:00 am appointment. Perfect, professional communications with no guesswork.. His team of 2 were very polite, professionally attired and had to deal with some 3rd floor windows in tough places, but everything looked great. They also had a few other services (one we used - Dryer vent Cleaning) which is a real safety issue if not done properly. Bottom Line? When the Owner (Dennis) gets personally involved at the job site (not all of them do) and inspects every piece of work his crew does you KNOW it's going to go right. It did - Great job guys, thank you!"
