"Gabe was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the integrity as I was previously told I needed a lot of work done and he explained why it would be redundant."

"They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommended!! very personal individual. Very efficient and professional. They provide solutions for my electrical panel and brakers. Very friendly, they were very honest with their work and the estimate. He drove 1 h 15 minutes in the evening to come to our house to solve the problem, he went above and beyond. Again, I highly recommend them and their referrals, all of them did a great job! I am very happy with them!!"

"Happy to say I finally found someone reliable, he said he's coming at 8 he was there by 8:15 (not like the other guys that gave me a 4 hour window of when they "may show up if we have time") he was well priced and when he finished the work he actually cleaned up after himself 10/10 would hire him again for future projects. "I have nothing but praise for Damian's work. He installed us a level 2 hardwired EV charger and whole home surge protector. His pricing was very keen and his work was done quickly and very neatly. I would recommend him without hesitation. He is a knowledgeable, helpful and personable young man."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Casa Grande, AZ

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
