"We were very satisfied with B-Dry's work.  Bob Krzemenski came to our house and we explained that we had water leaking on 2 of our 4 walls, and needed a new sump pump to replace our torpedo pump.  We had initially said that we wanted all 4 walls waterproofed.   <br /> <br />Bob had asked us why we wanted all 4 walls done when we only have ever had leaking issues on 2 walls.  The answer was only that we didn't know NOT waterproofing all 4 walls was an option.  Bob said he could do all 4 walls but it was a waste of money for us.  His honesty went a long way for us.  <br /> <br />In the end the B-Dry team came in and installed their system.  They dug out our existing basement floor, laid the track and gravel and re-cemented what was torn out.  They also dug out the area where our existing torpedo pump was and installed a sump that is level with the ground. <br /> <br />Besides having to move any items we had in the basement away from the walls, which included our washer/dryer and laundry tub, we also removed the bottom platform to our basement stairs so they could access the floor in that area to waterproof it.   <br /> <br />The team that did the work was at our house when they said they would be, and the time we were quoted that they would need to be at our house was accurate.  The clean up was great, hardly any dust left behind. <br /> <br />If I could change one thing it would be where one of the clean out drains were installed. We had to remove our steps to install the system, and one of the clean outs was installed where the steps are. If we ever need to clean out that side of the track we would have to remove the stairs again. <br /> <br />"
