"I originally met Francisco through his brother Mendoza Tree Expert. He started off taking care of my yard and then redid our stairs going up the side of our house. It was beautiful and a huge upgrade from railroad ties. He basically knew someone who could help on any project. They rebuilt our front and back deck. They removed and replaced all the damaged wood on our house then painted it. The entire outside of the house was in terrible shape and they were so awesome. We had another contractor start the basement renovation then disappear. Francisco stepped in and he and his cousin who does bathrooms and floors finished the entire basement and it looked amazing. One of the kindest humans on earth. I have actually paid him to help me in Gainesville Georgia because I trust him so much. He is a friend."

"David certainly knows his stuff. His work was excellent, his team very efficient. However, his concrete truck got stuck in the mud on the day he was supposed to pour, and we wound up waiting a month to get that done, despite many beautiful days. I realize he had other jobs to do, but an occasional phone call or text letting us know what was going on would have been nice. When he did finally show up, he charged us an extra $500 for gravel he said he had to lay on our road to get his concrete trucks up. He did not let us know about this charge in advance. It would have been nice to know."

"We hired Signature Decks and Patios to design us a new Patio.
They came up with a great design and a affordable price that meet our budget. We did shop around but the design was what sold us.
They were able to start before the starting date which was great for us. The job took 4 days with a crew of 5 men. The patio was approximately 650 sq.ft. There was a bench around the fire pit and a Arbor over the sitting area. Were so happy with our new patio. The construction crew and the team leader was a treat to work with. Everything was done before the completion date which was good for us because we had company over the holidays.
A enjoyable experience. Will use again to landscape around it in the spring.

"They did a good job, but it took two men 6.5 hours to do the house and driveway. I had it done previously by one man in under 2 hours. They charged $520 for the job which is ridiculous. I have since received 6 quotes, all for under $130. Wish I had done that before hiring them but had used them in the past with no issues. Definitely will not use again unless I can get a flat rate up front for any future services."
