"It well from the start, Elder was one of three estimates I received, he showed up to prepare the estimate on time. He turned out to not be the least expensive but he was the most accommodating and assuring what the job would look like in the end. We live on an acre lot so the trees that needed to be removed where at the farthest corner adding to the labor & price. "Thomas Flannigan is  very professional and very quick at the job once he is there. He had some trouble getting to our job due to the backlog from felled trees in the storms a few weeks back.
He was scheduled for Friday but could not make it til Saturday afternoon. He ran into complications on a side project for us and had to return to finish Monday. He returned, as he said he would, to finish the job. He cleaned everything so well that you cannot tell there had ever been a tree there.
He also did a side job for us that ran into Murphy's Law type issues and did a great job implementing a solution.
