"What a backyard transformation! Casey had great ideas and suggested ways to save money in expanding the patio and replacing our deck and front stairs. We have a beautiful stamped concrete patio, rock wall, front stairs, and deck with covered pergula. He started with a detailed proposal and sat with us to explain what to expect and what not to expect. In this pandemic chaos, there were numerous difficulties with material availability, delivery delays, gas shortage, etc. Casey handled those with a minimum of disruption and was good in communicating with us. The project actually finished ahead of the proposed time. Very professional and hardworking. The crews were top notch, very knowledgeable, and hardworking with a friendly attitude. "I had a bad problem with water runoff and erosion due to the slope of the yard. This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

"Knew I've needed to do something about moisture problems in my crawl space. Alirio and Luis were great! Explained how they could solve the problems with water seeping into crawl space. They worked hard as anything, and installed drainage trenches around all the walls in the crawl space, added piping and covered with gravel. Then ran a drain out, ending several feet away from the house with a pop up drain. Then finished with plastic sheeting covering the entire crawl space. I had to wait about four weeks to get a HUGE downpour, so I could check the results. Went down there after the rain stopped, and very thing dry as could be. While it's only been a short time, this looks good to go! In fact, this comes with a ten year written warranty!!! Who gives that nowadays? Well, Alirio does!! And it was a pleasure to work directly with Luis, who assists Alirio. I recommended them to my neighborhood website, and I recommend them to Angie's List members! Very satisfied!!"

"He called to set up date when they would start and gave me approximate time to finish job.   They showed up on time and came each day until the job was done. They repaired leak in ceiling and replaced  shingles in that area, roof of garage.  The crew removed dry wall that was damaged and flooring that had been damaged by water. His crew sprayed to kill mold and removed old linoleum.  Then they repaired area to original condition.  In addition, he dug out french drain and replaced piping to draw water away from house. 
 Mr. Duffy came on the days his crew was there and asked me if there were any questions, I am very pleased with his attention to detail and help to resolve a serious problem.
