I called my insurance company and relayed the information to them. The insurance company sent out two individuals at two different times to inspect the roof, Jeff was there both times to meet them and share his findings. I believe if Jeff was not there to share his expertise the insurance company would not have pay for a roof replacement. The roof was replaced in a timely manner, Jeff kept me informed during the entire process through texting, phone calls and pictures. . Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy a combination of traits that are rare in today's business world.
