The building is 18 years old, and the original stucco was not holding up especially well. We decided to re-stucco the entire building; correct the original flaw; and re-seal around all the windows and doors.. King did a great job. It looks like a new building. "Highly recommended! We originally hired Independent Restoration Consultants for some minor stucco repairs. The very same day Mike stopped by for an estimate, Denver was hit with a massive hail storm. As an out of state owner we were very concerned with having to manage a roof replacement project from 2000 miles away. Mike was tremendous, he jumped in and offered to help.
