"First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!"

The contract was signed on a Friday afternoon, and Mike was immediately on the phone ordering materials and setting up delivery for Monday, scheduling the project for Tuesday, with gutter install on Wednesday (in high winds). "This is the 2nd time in a year I've replaced my shingle roof due to hail damage. Advanced did a great job on both occasions and were in and done in one day(tearoff and reroof). Bill Davis, the company rep, actually called me the day after the May 2017 storm to see if I needed emergency repairs. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster on both occasions and was present when the inspection was done to make sure all damage was noted. On the prior replacement there were some communication problems with the scheduler but these were addressed and corrected. No problems with schedules this time. Great company to work with."
