"Franco is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took photos of the inside of the chimney and showed me exactly what the condition of the mortar and flue liner were. The flue liner was in good shape but the mortar below was cracking and chunks were coming off. He was able to repair this damage with new mortar. I also had him clean out the aluminum roof vent for my garage furnace which had a birds nest inside. He added chicken wire around the vent cap to prevent future bird nesting.
