"Thomas' work is spectacular, and on top of that he's just a well mannered, good person. One of my favorite qualities about any contractor is their communication and promptness and Thomas also greatly excels at these. I hired him for a large kitchen remodel project that included a heated floor, dimable LED under counter/cabinet lighting, replacing existing lighting with dimable LED canned lighting, and of course all the outlet work for this remodel, which included a 220 for the range and some outlets that had USB charging. On top of the large remodel project, I also tacked on smoke alarm detector upgrade for the whole house (a code upgrade Thomas up sold me to, but I didn't mind at all), as well as a car charger in the garage. I will be calling Thomas for all future projects, as well as recommending him to family and friends"

"Over 7 weeks AND 13 visits, we were intermittently subjected to gas leaks, water leaks, no hot water or heat and error codes on our tankless water heater. They took advantage of the fact that my 2 teenagers and I had no hot water and no heat and continuously up-charged us. During that time, they charged an extra $1900 over the original estimate of $4000. All of the issues were because they failed to recognize that my existing venting didn’t match the new unit (even though they added to the venting) and because they didn’t provide drain piping to manufacture recommendations. They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up “chatting” with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi “doesn’t take phone calls”. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."
