"They were on top of it called me. Asked me if a certain day was good I told them could we change to a day I had off they said of course. Carpet guys were also great. They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. All 3 of those guys came out didn't mess around got job done 1 day and it was alot."

"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "I hired Aaron Martinez to redo all the floors in the house I bought, hardwood, LVP, and tile. For me, he is the perfect contractor because he is skilled and experienced enough to do a great job, and it is a small enough business that I always felt like my job was important to him (unlike some larger contractors I quoted the project with). Communication was great. Pricing was reasonable. The floors are gorgeous. "
