During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! "I contacted Glass Installers Plus, had a nice chat with the owner, and got an estimate. I told him where I worked, we arranged a time, I gave him a a description of my truck with the plate number and an approximate location of where I would park along with the entry code. I left a check in the car with a note. When I finished my shift, the windshield was installed, a "thank you" note and receipt was in the truck, the glass was perfect, the car was cleaner than when I left it.
