"Stacey did a great job Installing a storm door, very friendly and courteous would definitely hire him again."

"The original installation work was of very poor quality which led to the failure of bottom pin and separation of the veneer. Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. Highy recommend Chuck for your next handyman project, we will be calling him again."

"Jenny replaced all the weather stripping around our exterior doors. Our house is so much warmer now, no more freezing drafts! Jenny was also incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She even fixed one of our doors that wasn't closing tight enough. We would definitely hire her again!"

"He fixed 7 loose tiles and refreshed the look of a 50-year-old bath/shower for a fraction of the cost of replacement."

"Anthony and his crew saved the day last Fall helping us get our new bedroom windows installed. The windows were late coming from the manufacturer and he went above and beyond to make sure they were installed before Winter. Anthony was really easy to work with and he communicated and explained updates throughout the project. Highly recommend - we will be utilizing his services again."

"Excellent job! The porch pillar transformed the curb appeal."

"Tony did an amazing job on the new front steps. His communication was incredible, rates were great and work was outstanding! He fit us on the schedule incredibly quickly and even fixed other issues that showed up we weren’t originally aware of. We would 100% recommend Tony for any project!"

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."

"SMS Construction hauled away my old crappy deck and and replaced it with a brand new cedar deck. This was a full service job done to perfection by SMS.  The materials arrived right on time, as did the dumpster to remove the remains of the old deck.  The crew worked very efficiently and did not leave a mess. Some rotten sheathing was discovered under the old ledger board and Scott sent me pictures from his phone which I immediately reviewed and authorized some additional work.  Additional cost for that was minimal and fair.  Final product is very good looking and I can tell that no corners were cut. Over-all a very good value and a carefree experience.

"We had Garden Structures & More add onto the beautiful privacy fence they had previously built for us, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our new and improved fence is even better than we had envisioned due to owner/designer/craftsman Hal's excellent ideas. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We truly enjoyed working with Hal and wouldn't hesitate to have him do our next home project. "
