He not only replaced the trim but also fixed the original issues with the windows by properly securing the windows and adding waterproof flashing around the windows before installing the trim (at no extra cost). Anyways, looked for a installer for A/C and was luckily to find Chris was available on a short notice job. He was already booked but was able to communicate a good time that worked. He already had one person ahead of us that day, and he would give us a call when he were on his way. I got a couple text messages from him letting me know how long the wait was expected to be, which I thought was great and really appreciated. Chris was efficient, clean, and was able to replace our unit that day. He diagnosed us with needing a new capacitor, replaced it, and was on his way. Everything took about 30 mins and our house is nice and cool again. Good experience with him and I would recommend."

"Our experience with them was not so good. He showed up very late and used a razor blade to clean our windows. The windows were very clean, but they were so clean you could see all the razor blade scratches. We did not follow-up with that or anything. We do not have new windows. We have old windows, and we just figured it was not worth complaining. We just would not use them again. We paid a little bit more than the $119 big deal because we had some paned windows, and he told us that those panes would be extra. We paid around $30 extra. He was not on time and he did not really call to say that he was going to be late. He just showed up late."
