"Excessive cost $3200 for two hours..supply and labor cost seems excessive. Project manager showed up not knowing cost, had no credit card reader and no paid invoice capability. Both of us tried reaching Roland (owner) to no avail to get my military discount. I paid price quoted to me, Project Mgr (Ignacio) said any refund would come back. After a week and several calls/texts to Roland I finally got a check for military discount only after I mentioned I was getting ready to do this review. They showed up quickly and did extra work but not enough to compensate for cost and payment inefficiency."
