"They showed up on time, were up on the roof and everything cleaned out and neatly bagged in no time flat.  The guy was super helpful on the phone giving me a rough estimate based on satellite pictures and also giving me the options and letting me know that one of them was probably not worth it (the most expensive by the way.)  We selected to get rid of our bags rather than have them haul them off which was no issue.  Really nice guys and discovered they'd worked for my family up north as well.  I'd hire them again in a minute. <br />"

"I responded to a flyer they left on my door knob after the storm. They showed up on time for the bid, gave me three options after inspecting my roof and sent me the bid the next day. They communicated well after I accepted the bid. On the day of the job the crew showed up right on schedule and started the the job promptly. They job was completed in one day and in expeditious manner. The owner arrived as scheduled the next morning with my warranty paper work. All of the employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would do business with them again. <br />"

"I have no idea if this company is good or bad. They state on their site that they service essentially a 200mi radius around Spokane, but when I tried to get them to come out, Latah (approx 36mi away) I was told that they couldn't come out due to not having a permit to work in Latah, and then when asked what that meant precisely, the receptionist stated she didn't know, but it was too far away. When questioned how it was too far, she said she didn't know again. While I'm sure this company does good work, they perhaps need to fix their work radius on their site or educate their receptionist a bit more. Felt exceedingly unprofessional. I gave a rating of C as it's neither bad nor good. <br /> Alas, my roofing search continues... <br />"
