"If you are looking for a roofing company with integrity, look to Balsamroot Exteriors. Our entire, challenging roofing project of installing stone coated steel shingles (Decra) on our new garage, in the heart of winter was managed expertly. This product requires specialized skill. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They do high quality, efficient work, kept things tidy on site and completed the everything in a timely manner. Troubleshooting issues was easy and communication was prompt and consistent throughout. John was able to explain everything from product options to available financing clearly and concisely. They even finished with a thourough inspection of all the other roofing on my property, including separate buildings. I will definitely hire Balsamroot again."

"Compared to the other 7 roofers I had come out to bid on a new roof, the New Heights representative (Nate) was the only one to go up on my steep roof to document evidence of wind damage. He then worked with my insurance company until they agreed to pay for the entire roof."

"Everything was great. From the opening bid to the final inspection, Luigi was timely, careful, and clear. There was some rot in the boards under the removed roof, and Luigi documented the whole process with good photos. At the end of the work, the site was cleaned up well. All in all, Stay Dry Solutions did a great and fairly priced job for us!"

"The removal and clean up was very quick and clean and the install was even better!!! Jed and his crew was very polite and very nice to work with."

"The professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind. Our roof was not the typical roof yet it was done with excellence!"

"The guys did a great job! Very nice and spent a lot of time turning antenna so I could get Fox for the games! Thanks again!"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"I would recommend this company for any job. They put 4 people to work on my small job and finished in just 90 minutes. They have enough other employees to handle all jobs large and small. Some companies will gouge people that can not afford it, but have to pay anyway because of an urgent need to get the job done. CDA roofing does a good job for a good price."

"I run a property management business. Marty has been in charge of 6 roofing projects for us to date. 2 duplexes and 2 sheds got new roofs ( Rathdrum, Post falls & CDA) 2 metal roofs and 2 properties had maintenance performed to increase the lifespan. Marty is professional; there is good communication about when crews will arrive, when the material will arrive, any delays etc. The jobs were done on time, and fast. The quality of work is outstanding. we will continue to use them for future projects."
