"We just bought the house and when I walked up the front walkway, found water pouring off the roof.  We are new to the area so went immediately to Angie's List.  I called a local place with 98 reviews and an A rating, but they could not fit me in for about a week.  They said ACS was the only place their techs would recommend.  ACS had only 17 reviews but they were also A rated so I called and spoke with Tiani.  She was great and said they could have someone out today between 5 and 6 (on a Friday of a holiday weekend) to tell me if there was a split water line.  She then called back and said the tech (Mario) finished early on a previous job and could be here around 4:15.  He was here by 4:30.  Mario spent some time on the roof and determined the cause.  The A/C unit is 27 years old (which I know to be true from a home inspection by a licensed real estate inspector.)  The fact that the unit is so old and is still even working is a miracle, especially in Arizona.  He said we could invest the $400 to fix the defroster, or live with some harmless dripping water and replace the unit later.  We have elected to invest in a more modern and efficient unit this coming year.  Mario was very professional and did a good job explaining our options.  Especially after 5pm on a Friday.  We plan to have ACS come back out for a quote as I'm sure we're living on borrowed time with the unit. <br />"

I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend."
