"We needed a window in a wall removed and the space filled in with new sheetrock. Daniel is very friendly and was responsive from the start, and he gave us confidence initially that we were going to get what we wanted. Once he got started I was amazed at the speed of their work. However, when they finished their part (window removal, sheetrock install, mudding and texturing), we waited until it was dry and then primed it 2x with Kilz, let that dry, and then painted. It was at that point we saw that you could see the seam around the new piece of sheetrock. From our perspective, it looked as if the mudding wasnt quite right. You shouldn't be able to tell that new sheetrock was installed in the midst of the old wall, yet it was quite obvious. We discussed with them and although he was insisting that the problem was how we were priming and painting, he came back out to fix it. But, after he re-mudded and re-textured on both sides of the new wall, we primed and painted again. Same results. "
