"Owner showed up. Refused to clean tracks and one window. When i booked the service I noted I had recently moved to the home and the tracks were very dirty. When the windows were washed I noted that the tracks were not cleaned. He said that was not part of the job despite my asking for that service when booked. I used them a few years ago and this is obviously a new owner as we had a good experience then. I called back and they arranged for someone else to come but he never showed up. Then when I called again the owner and the woman on the phone would not do anything and just argued that it was a good job and my windows can't be cleaned better. I paid $136 and they said they would refund me $5.00. They also wouldn't honor the senior discount that appears on this website. I never had such bad service with a window cleaning service before."

Once we decided to hire them, he worked with us on a start date and his crew showed up ready to go as scheduled. We did our entire interior and it turned out great. The crew was courteous, timely, professional and easy to be around. They were considerate of our animals and made sure the doors were closed so not a one of our cats escaped. "The work was performed well by Eric. My sole issue was the inclusion of a same-day charge of $150 for the work performed. I may have missed hearing that when the office said they have someone who could come to the house in late afternoon. I paid the invoice withe the same-day charge."

He really pushed to get the home prepped around the drywall contractor with early arrival days of full painting to get the job done. Cassandra is a perfectionist and will be making minuscule corrections as she walks you around your car. And, should you see something, she'll have the guys go over everything again until it is perfect.
