Due to fact I was explicit with the details of the job requested, a quote could of been provided over the phone before setting an appointment from competitive plumbing contractors. To keep costs down, I had to limit the plumber to repairing/replacing the toilet tank water line (old bidet water line adapter was stuck and unable to disconnect), so I had to complete the installation of the new bidet onto the toilet bowl myself, which took less than 5 minutes... but saved me an additional $200+!"

"Russell, from ACS Plumbing, came and gave me an estimate for my two MBA faucets that when open were both running hot water as there is a heatilator at the other sink. He told me both faucets were broken. He spent time calling the wrong warranty office because I gave him the incorrect company. Then I found the correct warranty office and he got all the information needed for the parts to be sent to me. He turned off the heatilator and found it was broken also. He returned 3/20/26, after I had received all the parts. He was here less than a hour. Russell was a meticulous plumber. He was professional and very understanding of my situation. The best I have ever had. I had contacted the top three companies at Angi's List in Tucson and they were the first to call. Never heard from the other two. Sorry I can't take photos. "Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. "Line is inside exterior block wall of the house so Billy suggested we remove the cabinets inside and jack hammer out the adobe wall from there to expose the pipes. He also was concerned there was moisture or mildew under the cabinets and contacted a restoration company to come out and do a free inspection. I thought that was very conscientious of him and forward thinking. He left awaiting the results from the restoration company, which turned out negative (Whew !). I asked Cal plumbing to send him back by so we could finalize the plan for repair. We settled on taking out the exterior wall since adobe walls are quite thick and it was clear that the pipes were closer to the exterior wall. Once the wall was removed Billy quickly and efficiently removed the old piping, the galvanized had a 3" long hole where it had rotted through the bottom. Billy had us run several tests to ensure no leaks and solid connections. Since Cal's does not do the block repair, I found an adobe contractor who came out later that day and repaired the wall. The drain has been running great ever since. The price was very fair for the difficulty of the job."
