They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

He stopped me and explained what you hear on gas after Jan 1st not right. Gas will be available, just price going up as become less available. Also other gases at less price will work. Honesty that got him my business. He recommended the Brand they normally used. Told him I Perfered Rheem. All other companies wanted more for Rheem. He gave me same price as his brand.Came in much cheaper price and also included 4 service after included in that low price. They had great father, sons team come to my home for install. Very professional, clean and did install in 4 hrs as I was told. Honesty is hard to find.They even cleaned my heater for winter with no charge and fixed a faucet on hot water tank also no charge. "I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! "Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions installed our SP3 Combo Whole Home Salt-Free Filter System. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."
