They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"We noticed there's no cool air on Sat. night (08/04/18). Basically, both Furnace (air blower) and Condenser (outside cooling compressor) suddenly stopped working after 11 PM. Fortunately, it was at night, but still ensured the ~87 degrees heat overnight. What happened?! I replaced the 20+ years condensation water pump by the furnace in the afternoon, the old one had some cracks and couldn't have good suction to get rid of water, thus some overflows overtime. After I replaced the pump, I lavage the water draining tube a bit higher than it was before which I thought was okay. How wrong I was!! Because the condensation water backflow to the furnace instead of the water pump, and furnace has a mechanism to shut down the compressor to prevent flooding and damaging the equipment. The fix I searched Angie’s list and it recommended 4 A/C repair companies; Signature Cooling responded first the next morning at 8 AM. And its technician/owner, Brandon was punctual, courteous, and professional. He identified the issue right away and checked the Freon pressure, and the HVAC computer too. With more than 30 min spent, he did NOT charge us anything and just asked for future checkups and referrals. Definitely we will."

Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"I left a message by email to a number of plumbers on a Sunday when I discovered a hissing leak on a line off the main line outside my house. I shut off the water to my house and waited for a call. One company called early Monday and said they would come on Thursday to do an estimate. Vicente called at 9 AM on Monday and came to my house within a half hour. He put a temporary cap on the line that was leaking so I would have water in my home and planned to come back that evening to do the repair. His other job that day took longer than expected but he called and kept me advised and came back Tuesday morning and replaced all the old iron fittings with copper. A job well done at a fair price.
