"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Corey, the salesman who contacted us, gave us a thorough estimate in writing and explained all the services clearly. On the first day, Saul (who would become the crew chief for the following two days) pressure-washed. The crew then spent two full days from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. painting in 90-degree heat but not rushing the job. They did meticulous work, were careful to alert us when doors had to be painted -- we have cats that needed to be shut up in rooms, so they couldn't get outside -- and were polite and friendly when we spoke to them. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Corey took full payment at the end and walked around to see if anything needed a touch-up. (We had done that the previous day but didn't see anything that needed further work.) I should also mention that the crew worked quietly; we didn't ask for that, but we appreciated it. The results could not be better: The house really "pops" when we approach it while driving up the street. The cost (which included an Angie's List discount) was $4300, which seems quite reasonable. We first used this company in 2012 with equally successful results, and we would certainly use them again when the house needs another painting."
