"Joey followed up with me regarding an estimate I requested and after expressing my time crunch, he made every effort to acquire available materials to install my fence as soon as possible. I had recently moved to a new home with two dogs who desperately needed their freedom from a leash. Joey met with me, had materials ordered and my fence installed in about a week. Joey stayed in touch every step of the way (and has a great sense of humor!) His team showed up a few minutes before 8am and was ready to head out by 3pm. They were professional, hardworking and adjusted things I asked to be tweaked with no problem. Joey definitely got a video of my boys running in their backyard for the first time as a thank you!"

"I needed a wooden fence repaired on short notice. Edin responded to my Angi's List posting, looked at the fence and 2 gates to repair, then gave me a good estimate on the work. Initially I thought the estimate to be a little high however, looking at the detail he offered, the estimate was reasonable. Edin adjusted his other projects to take care of the fence as the timing was critical. When completed, he replaced one section of fence, re-set another post that was moved over the years by the yard (he re-set the post in cement) and connected the loose sections to the post correctly, repaired two gates that needed cross-boards replaced plus re-set the posts for the gates, and replaced hinges and latches on 3 gates. All of this was done in one day and turned out exceptionally well. I wish I had engaged him last year! Holy Land Landscaping is top-notch. They cleaned up the yard when finished and truly did a very professional job. Thank you Edin and team!! (and by the way, the price was quite reasonable for the work and quality provided). Phoenix Fence & Deck was willing to do the project, their estimated was prompt and courteous, the bid was competitive. We would have hired them, but unexpected financial issues emerged, and we can't go forward with the project at this time. Everything about them expressed professionalism, quality and reasonableness"

"Butch came out within a day or two to look at the site and give me an estimate. He emailed me written specs and costs a couple of days later. He also let me know when he came out that they were busy and were currently scheduling jobs eight weeks out. I emailed back my acceptance and snail-mailed a one-third deposit check. They emailed me when they received my check and let me know that I was on the schedule for mid-September. Right on schedule, in the second week of September, Butch called and asked if they could do the job in two days. They arrived at the agreed time and Butch and I walked through the job with his crew of three. Butch then left. The crew worked solidly for about four hours and were done. The fence is a quality product. Both the materials (treated pine posts and cedar boards) and the crew's construction and finish have produced a really nice looking fence. As a customer, dealing with Signature Fence was a pleasure. They clearly communicated what they could do and when they could do it. They kept me informed at each step in the process and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think I got good value for money, too. Signature Fence clearly has its act together. Butch, the office team and the construction crew know what they're doing and they do it well. I recommend them highly."

He was incredibly responsive, clearly knows his trade, and was very quickly able to schedule the work that I needed done at my house. His installers were outstanding. Not only was the pricing an excellent value, in our opinion, but the product is working perfectly. We have a strong willed German Shepherd rescue dog so we were worried about the fence even working with her.
