"Horrible customer service! I used HydroTech to turn on my system in the spring. I realized it wasn't working and called them to come back out. They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

We had a couple of hiccups due to weather, but he otherwise delivered on the schedule he promised the day he provided the quote. The team was fast (completed the project in about 6 hours) and very neat. Very happy with the outcome."
