"We hired Sixpenny because we needed an urgent cleaning done on our newly purchased house after burning one fire and they said they could be at our house within 2 days, but only provided a 4 hour time window (12pm-4pm), requiring me to take the day off of work and stay home. I understand he had a long day and was slowed by the weather, but the lack of proactive communication to keep us in the loop, as well as the limited knowledge either possessed or shared, is why I rated this company lower."
