Within a week they were out at our house to look at our project and listened to what we were looking for and gave feedback with some ideas for improvement. They were able to fit us in a couple of months down the road and provided constant feedback on our construction date related to their work schedule. They were able to complete the project two and a half days (21 by 20 concrete patio) and it came out looking great. Also, water getting into our house during heavy rains has been a particular problem due to the poor state of the old patio pad/slab. "The most important detail is that CP stands by its work. A problem did develop over the winter, but company made it clear that they would make repairs gratis. I've only had this kind of work done once, so I can't compare the experience to that of any other company, but these guys were competent and responsive. I do wish I'd been onsite to check the work as it progressed; they could have cleaned up a bit better. Still, largely satisfied, as was a neighbor who also used them and recommended them to me.
