He fit us into new schedule, worked hard and did excellent work relaying paver edging that was falling apart. he also redid stucco on a retaining wall that was pealing. Total work was greater in scope than originally anticipated by half a day but Emanuel honored his original price. He was honest, used good material and worked dilegently and cleaned up completely when done. Excellent job overall!"

",I asked Mike of SustainScape and two other landscape firms that are highly rated on Yelp for a design and cost estimate to execute the design for my front and side yards. I am very particular about my landscaping. It is my hobby and what I wanted is a little different than the usual.
The other two firms were also very professional and I am pretty confident that their work is good. All three were pretty close in price.
But Mike of Sustain Scape was the only one who really read and responded to all the items in the brief that I had prepared. Mike's design  reflected the needs and the style I had outlined. And, in addition, he brought ideas that improved it in many ways, all based on the problems that I had outlined in the brief, as things I wanted solved.
As professionals, we all like to stick to the things we have done before, to produce a result that has worked before. But Mike had the confidence to respond to my difficult requests with very creative ideas for things that they don't do every day,  and then execute them flawlessly.  
Mike has very high standards. When he inspected one piece of stonework that I thought looked fine, he had his crew tear it down partially and rebuild it the way he wanted it. And his crew works to very high standards. They consistently surprised me with the extra bit of thought and quality that they put into their work. I see it and appreciate it in little details every day as I enjoy my front yard.
Bottom line: Sustain Scape exceeded my very high expectations.

"Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. "The owner Brad was easy to work and the crew he sent out worked very hard and consistent during the demolition, removal and installation. We did a driveway expansion width wise. Had various patterns to choose from and the one selected worked out very well. Brad communicates very well and the workers were professional.
